The onboarding I built for Alvara PM in Detroit, live since November 2025. It's the case I'd show you first.
The owner fills in one pre-filled intake form: entity, bank, up to four units with tenants and leases, the lockbox. A chain of Zaps takes the answers from there: it prepares and checks the W-9 and ACH, creates the owner, properties, units, tenants and leases in Rentvine, sets up billing, books the onboarding inspection and sends the portal invite.
Since late 2025 I've built and run the systems behind Alvara PM, a property manager in Detroit, and MCMX Remodeling, its maintenance crew.

Statements, documents and portfolio numbers behind an e-signed agreement, synced daily from Rentvine.
Onboarding, work order approvals, inspection scheduling and daily audits run on their own.
Twenty-one case studies in total. Here are six.

I started with Zapier. Today I also write the apps around it: when a process outgrows a Zap, I build a small tool on Next.js and Supabase and connect it to the systems you already pay for. I learn how your work actually moves, build it, test it on your data and stay after launch.
On the side I run my own data tools on the Apify Store and InstaVision. That's where I try new ideas before they reach client work.
“You know what's crazy is how much faster work progresses now versus even when we started working together.”
“I love the inspections… this app. I love it. And Andrey is very responsive.”
“The most talented remote worker I've hired in 15+ years. He turns complex ideas into actionable systems.”
Erik E.CEO“He helped us identify new tools and automate manual activities, freeing up team time and reducing expenses.”
Max R.VP, Palm Tree Properties“Results-driven, takes initiative without needing oversight, great at solving tough problems.”

Here are answers to some common questions.

Feel free to askNo. Zapier is often the fastest start. When a process outgrows it, I build a small app on Next.js and Supabase and connect it to the tools you already use: Rentvine, HouseCall Pro, HubSpot, LeadSimple, Google Workspace and others.
Often, you'll notice time savings and smoother workflows quite soon after an automation is implemented. The goal is to make a positive impact quickly!
Not at all! I handle the technical side of things and will explain how everything works in simple terms. My aim is to make automation accessible to everyone.
We'll start with a chat to understand your needs. Then, I'll propose a solution. If you're happy with it, I'll build and test the automation, and then show you how it works. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Yes. Every build comes with plain-English documentation, apps live in your own accounts and come with automated tests, and I stay around for support. If you later hire someone in-house, they can pick it up from the docs.
Some automation tools (like Zapier or Make.com) have their own subscription plans, often with free tiers or affordable paid plans. I'll help you choose the most cost-effective options for your specific needs.
Tell me about one process. I reply within a business day with whether and how I'd automate it.
